I assume you have questions.
These are the most common ones.

Can’t I just use AI for this?

Uncovering your method is both about finding patterns (AI is good at this) and stress-testing them. We want you to arrive at something you can trust. In my experience, AI is not great at generating that level of conviction.

Talking to an experienced human for 90 minutes will give much more clarity than weeks of AI prompting.

Should someone else join the call?

Co-founder or peer, yes. Intern or assistant, no.
The point is to use this time to have a high-leverage conversation.

How can I use the results of this call?

You will be able to share more about your method and how it is distinct from the competition. This can happen via content, how you structure your proposals, how you introduce your work in podcasts, how you train your team, etc.

How did you learn this?
